The NGO Council of Kenya has welcomed the new Cabinet secretaries being sworn in after being cleared by the National assembly saying the have a major task of steering the country in the post-2022 election era that has seen the prices of almost everything shoot up to unprecedented levels. The Council Chairman Stephen Kipchumba Cheboi said the already gazetted ministers and sworn must now hit the ground running as Kenyans are waiting for services and improvement in the quality of life under the new regime of President William Ruto of the Kenya Kwanza coalition, He said the question of the high cost of living was now central in the lives of majority of middle to low income Kenyans,
