In Partnership with Action Aid, The National Council of NGOs-Kenya hosted a break fast meeting that brought together Partners, Peace stakeholders and representatives from the grassroots, regional and National level at Jacaranda Hotel, Nairobi.
The Participants shared the various experiences from their regions, the level of election preparedness and their role towards ensuring a free, fair, credible and peaceful elections.
With the increasing role of NGOs and Civil societies in electoral processes, the participants proposed for a National NGOs Delegate Conference before the August polls. This summit was scheduled for 26th and 27th July, 2022.
The aim of this conference will be to assess status Kenya's General Elections and allow the NGOs/CSOs speak in one voice as we head to the August polls
