The National Council of NGOs-Kenya joined Kenya Leadership Integrity Forum(KLIF) stakeholders during a deliberation and sensitization forum of The Kenya Integrity Plan (KIP) 2019-2023 at KLIF offices in Madison House, Upper Hill.
Comprising of about 20 stakeholders from the state and state actors partnering in the fight against corruption and unethical practices in Kenya, KLIF aims at improving institutional governance for transparency and accountability in both public and the private sector and strengthening policy and legal framework.
With the need of observing and checking the progress of implementation its within a particular set of time, KLIF stakeholders came up with Kenya Integrity Plan, a plan which outlines strategies and actions for implementation to enhance to enhance integrity and ethics in each sector, respective institutions and the society at large.
As part of the non-State actors, Civil societies organizations have an important role to play in raising awareness to combat corruption and building integrity in the work they do engage in.
